These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GJR Publishing ("we," "our," "us") regarding your use of the Love Compass mobile application ("the App").
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Love Compass. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Love Compass creates an anonymous, device-bound account identifier. We do not require or collect phone numbers, emails, or passwords.
Device Loss & Recovery Notice: Because accounts are device-bound with no cloud login credentials, losing, damaging, or factory-resetting your device permanently ends access to your current account and bond. A fresh pairing handshake is required on a new device.
Love Compass provides directional compass calculations and distance estimates based on on-demand queries. Raw coordinates are never transmitted to your partner's device or displayed on a map.
Anti-Stalkerware Prohibition: You agree not to use Love Compass to track, stalk, harass, monitor, or coerce any individual without their informed and continuous consent. Covert tracking or circumventing mutual consent is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
Love Compass is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Compass calculations depend on GPS hardware and sensors; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Love Compass is an emotional connection tool and must not be used for emergency, search-and-rescue, or safety-critical navigation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GJR Publishing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
